Summary This position is responsible for producing graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative and instructional material for print and digital use.

Participate in various design projects from concept to completion Understand project requirements and concepts Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces) Collaborate with team members to launch projects Take on special design tasks (e.
g.
color correction, photo manipulation) Use feedback from other designers to improve Listen to feedback to hone skills and improve design Consult with Clinical, Marketing, & Sales regarding project requirements and scope and maintenance of corporate identity and design standards Assist domestic Marketing team as needed in meeting project/department milestones/goals Coordinate and assist with the marketing activities of the International Sales Team, if needed Adhere strictly to design/format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results Additional responsibilities as needed by Marketing team Follows department processes and procedures Other duties as assigned Competencies Communication: Effectively communicate to internal and external business partners by sharing expertise to encourage accomplishment of shared business goals.

Qualifications Education and/or Experience BSC/BFA in Design, Marketing, or a related field with 2 years’ experience as a Junior designer.
Proficient with: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign Experience with: Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Bridge General knowledge of: Mac OS, Digital Asset Management platforms Other Skills Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public group, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information.
