*Job Description:*
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team.
As a Sales/Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
This includes inside sales tasks, customer service, outbound marketing, customer retention efforts and contract renewals.
*Duties:*
- Heavily work all specification/job board and bid sites to identify sales opportunities
- Follow up on open Field Sales quotes and formulate quotes from inbound requests
- Prepare Submittal packages on larger jobs, as needed.
- Perform outbound prospecting and lead generation - build sales funnel for outside sales
- General administrative functions - trade organization renewals, maintain sales and customer folders in shared directory.
- Assist with Customer Surveys
- Field incoming Sales and Service calls and directo to appropriate team members, as needed.
*Skills:*
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven, self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to actively listen to a customer's needs
- Desire to learn the industry best practices and products thoroughly, over time, to be able to market properly and support customers.
- Strong organizational skills
- Sales/Marketing experience or interest in sales is preferred
- Previous CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce) is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
00 - $50,000.
