Support the KPF/Gift Card Operations team to ensure successful execution of all in-store projects such as quarterly refresh projects, check lane installations and special fixtures.
Help manage all signage, materials, kitting matrixes, instructions and necessary follow up on these projects.
Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Minimum - Extensive Excel knowledge - Ability to travel independently (~10%) - Strong attention to detail; ability to analyze information and make recommendations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-directed with ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities and deadlines - Demonstrated ability working with diverse groups together to trouble-shoot and problem solve - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proven organizational skills - Proficient with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Desired - Experience with any of the following systems: KCMSDW, POGDOG, Datamart, PIDs and procurement - Kroger store experience- Provide support for all of the KPF/Gift Card Operation team s projects - Respond and react to all division/store requests for replacement materials - Maintain and manage a KPF Master spreadsheet that is used by all business lines to help to track all special projects - Monitor warehouse inventory on all materials related to the operation teams projects.
Recommend replenishment quantities and when to destroy outdated materials - Verify, update and communicate instructions to 3rd party merchandisers for all KPF projects - Create and communicate marketing bulletins to assist the divisions with understanding a project and their role in the project - Partner with test store locations to identify opportunities to improve communication with merchandising teams for in-store projects - Submit all invoices to RASC concerning the KPF/Gift Card Teams projects and other invoices involving the Gift Card Team.
Maintain a spread sheet to account for the Gift Card Teams invoices throughout the year - Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
