As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in revenue growth by generating leads, prospecting for new customers, and developing long-term client relationships.
*Responsibilities:*
*Business Development:*
* Generate leads and prospect for new customers across all service lines.
* Analyze the current business of new prospects and determine new business objectives.
* Create, pitch, sell, and execute projects aligned with prospects' business objectives.
* Prepare follow-up correspondence, including letters, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
* Actively respond to incoming sales calls.
* Meet agreed-upon metrics for sales revenue goals.
* Focus on developing and expanding long-term customer relationships.
*Information Sharing:*
* Lead pre-sale and post-sale meetings to review objectives for proposal generation and project details after award.
* Collaborate with internal teams (designers, estimators, account managers) to ensure understanding of client project needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Complete all required internal documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
*Technical Skills:*
* Proficient in basic computer skills
* Ability to read, interpret, and use sketches, diagrams, and visual instructions.

*Qualifications:*
* 2 years post-secondary education, preferably in business management, graphic arts, project management, marketing, or communication, or comparable experience.
* Basic understanding of estimating and job planning processes.
* Ability and willingness to travel, primarily by automobile.
*Working Conditions:*
* Work performed in an office environment and offsite home office.
* Requires frequent visits to all production areas of the plant.
* Must be able to visually detect printing imperfections, including color variations.
*Salary Range:*
$40,000 - $70,000
