Market Sales Leader

Duties: -Hire, Lead and manage our farmers market sales team - Ensure our farmers markets supplies are stocked and ready before market days - Delivery & pickup of market equipment before & after markets - collaborate with commercial kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services to all our farmers markets​ - Ensure our farmers markets are running effectively to expand the customer base and increase market share - Assist in special market events throughout the year Qualifications: - Experience in sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Experience in account management is preferred Schedule - T, W, T & S Hours - About 10hrs a day Contract position - has flexibility on working hours Job Type: Contract Pay: $32,000.
