Orloff Property Management is looking for an experienced Property Manager for a Multi-Site opportunity.
Qualified candidates must have prior Multifamily experience in directing and managing a team and sales / customer service background.
\*Position Summary:\* It is the Property Manager's responsibility to manage the property operations by coordinating team members, activities and resources in order to accomplish property goals and objectives.
The Property Manager is involved in the process of creating both goals and objectives as well as the annual operating budget.
The Property Manager is responsible for the training and development of the office and maintenance team members.
\*Duties and Responsibilities Includes (but are not limited to):\* Ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, all other laws pertaining to Multifamily operations as well as the company’s policies and procedures.
Hiring, training, leading, evaluating, coaching and, when necessary, provide disciplinary plans for the office and maintenance team members.
Leasing and renewal efforts at the assigned property.
Caring for the needs of current and prospective residents and ensuring that all team members provide the best possible customer service.
The safety of our team members, residents and visitors is of the utmost importance.
It is the responsibility of the Property Manager to report any property incidents and liability claims to the corporate office immediately.
The Property Manager must also ensure that any workers’ compensation claims are reported and proper paperwork is completed.
The Property Manager is responsible for conducting Property Inspections and to immediately address any safety concerns observed.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
\*Qualifications:\* The individual we are looking for must have 3 years employment history that demonstrates the knowledge and understanding of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
BA/BS in business, sales, or related field preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
The right candidate must be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing.
Must possess the ability to analyze and explain financial reports.
