We are currently hiring for a Part Time or Full Time Sales Associates to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be working throughout the store to assist customers with their shopping needs including: mixing paint, cutting keys, cutting glass, cutting "by the foot" products, filling propane, etc.
Our Sales Associates also assist with customer deliveries and product assemblies.
The below are additional essential duties:
Customer Service:
Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
Possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as other associates.
Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.
Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service.
Store Operations
Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
Assist with maintaining back stock levels.
Assist with daily maintenance and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
Operate forklift with proper training.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Experience:
Retail and hardware experience is preferred.
Physical Demands:
Standing up to 9 hours, walking, lifting (up to 60 lbs) and climbing.
