Retail Sales-Optician

- Full Time: Avg 35Hrs/wk Mon-Fri, + 2 Sat/mo 9-Noon - Helps educate and sell to patient the best eye wear options for their needs.
- Comfortable with multiple pair sales.
- Good math skills for figuring patient's financial responsibility after applying insurance benefits.
- Familiar with/or willing to learn about different types of soft contact lenses and well versed in teaching patients insertion and removal techniques.
- Willing to help at front desk with answering phone calls (encouraging patients to schedule apts) and checking out patients.
- Willing to be cross-trained to give preliminary test to patients prior to their eye health evaluation with the doctor.
- Comfortable with/willing to learn manual lensometry.
- Lab lens edging experience a plus but we can also train.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.
