LINNEA is a luxury brand of home fragrances based in Carmel, IN and we are looking to add a positive, mindful human to our team which we call a Sales Liaison.

WHAT WILL THIS PERSON DO?
Our Sales Liaison will courteously engage with our partners - Business-to-Business Representatives, Business-to-Customer Representatives, and Territory Representatives - utilizing respectful office decorum via phone and email.
Our Liaison will take ownership in coordinating relationships between Marketing, Sales, and Production in order to stay proactive in the area of inventory, fulfillment, and invoicing discrepancies.
Because our Liaison will be a people person, they will be an asset to our regional trade shows and local events, when needed, helping to plan, organize, and represent LINNEA.
Understanding, organizing, and processing LINNEA samples for appropriate sections of the business will also be a responsibility of our Sales Liaison.
Ultimately, our Sales Liaison will take pride in keeping a tidy and accurate record of the day-to-day operations, ensuring our customers are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
WHAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD I HAVE?
While this isn’t a typical retail sales position, having retail experience is critical.
You must enjoy working with people and creating a positive, exemplary customer experience both with internal and external customers.
Having proper office etiquette and ability to utilize office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google-related systems, phones, etc.
is necessary.
Delight in being able to effectively problem solve various situations.
It is critical that you have outstanding organizational abilities, clear and concise communications, and are comfortable working with others both in a team environment or by delegating tasks.
We must be able to depend on you to do as you say and say as you do.
