The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), where great culture, great people and great values come together to make workplaces around the world safer, is seeking a creative strategist with excellent interpersonal skills for the role of Digital Marketing Manager.
This role will lead all paid social campaigns and other targeted digital marketing across all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, HubSpot, and others) in support of the safety profession and EHS community.
Since 1969, the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) has been setting and certifying the technical competency criteria for safety, health, and environmental practitioners.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, BCSP is a not-for-profit corporation recognized as a leader in high-quality, accredited credentialing.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and facilitating digital strategies that drive engagement.
Will work under the general direction of the Director of Brand Innovation and with other marketing team members, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that the tone and voice of the content aligns with the BCSP brand.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management, and data analytical skills.
The position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA and requires ability to work an Eastern Standard Time work schedule of 37.
5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategy for BCSP based on target audience and current trends.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns from idea stage to execution across various platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, SEO, and social media metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Create engaging content for social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Education and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or equivalent
-5 years proven experience in digital marketing, including advertising, SEO, and content management systems
- 2 years leading and managing others
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion optimization
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,466.
