Andy Mohr Kia is looking to add a BDR (Business Development Representative) to their current BDC (Business Development Center).

DUTIES:
- Communicate with customers about the process of buying and/or selling a vehicle.
- "work" leads through various communication channels including phone, CRM system, and chat.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure best customer care
- Explain the benefits of visiting the dealership
- Attend training to grow in communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Stay up-to-date with the OEM
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent team work skills
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
