POSITION SUMMARY:
Sales Support for SNOWCASTER, MANAR MEDICAL, and the MANAR Sales Team
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weekly update the CRM Software
Research and identify key contacts and prospects via various search engines
Provide post contact follow-up support via phone call or email
Support the salesperson when they are traveling: Call Reports, Send key emails or presentations to prospects
Provide support of Snowcaster products to all current and potential prospects
Maintain content of Manar and Snowcaster Websites
Assist with Manar Medical new business support: quoting & preliminary data collection
Manar Medical customer support
Perform other related duties as assigned

or High School Graduate
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Plastics Industry or Manufacturing Experience preferred
Strong Technical Aptitude and Highly Self-motivated
Experience with key software: Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT
Proven Professional Phone Skills (out-bound and in-bound calls)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Exposed to work in manufacturing /machining area settings with exposure to oil, coolant, and metal residues
Intermittent exposure to sounds or noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable
Primarily requires sitting but at times, requires long periods of standing
At times, work is completed in a manufacturing facility requiring appropriate protective equipment at all times
Usually in an Open Office Environment
