SALES EXECUTIVE *POSITION SUMMARY* The individual we select will be responsible for increasing market share in the Indianapolis area by selling plumbing, HVAC, and drain services to building owners, property management firms, and multi-family portfolio asset managers.

*OBJECTIVES* * Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
* Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand * Expand industry reach through industry events, LinkedIn connections, and personal networking.
* Create well-researched and well-prepared sales interactions to introduce All Pro Heating and Air to key players at targeted firms - building owners, property management firms, and multi-family portfolio asset managers.
* Build a strong prospect base by requesting opportunities to bid and provide services to targeted firms.
* Following the sales process to move prospects through the sales cycle.
* Manage all interactions with prospects through our CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
*COMPETENCIES* * Ability to exercise a high degree of good judgment and independence while evaluating situations and the ability to make quick decisions * Organizational and follow-up/follow-through must be a natural talent.
* Able to sell successfully to strong/dominant personalities.
* Challenge oriented.

* Commitment to daily development * Google Drive Skills (Sheets, Word and Slides) * Strong time management skills * Ability to pass a drug test * Insurable Driving Record *COMPENSATION* * Drawl salary plus commission.
Expect to earn your first year between $65,000 to $80,000 after the second year range of $80-$115K Plus.
There is no cap on commission and you also are paid for 8 holidays, excellent health benefits, PTO and incentive pay when KPI are met.
