RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers (training provided)
Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, work on other administrative functions including running credit application and processing transaction paperwork
Support online customers through our eSales office
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience as a sales representative is a plus
Must have a strong desire to succeed
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Excellent verbal/written communication; strong negotiation and presentation skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening; including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
