In-Home Sales We have a rare opportunity for the right Salesperson.
Are you an In-Home Salesperson that isn't getting enough appointments? Or Running appointments with very little product interest? Or Tired of trying to sell something the customer doesn't "NEED?" Or Feel the income "possibilities" just aren't there? If you answered YES to at least one of the above questions and have at least 2 full years of in-home sales experience, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU! Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling, an Employee-owned company, in business since 1969, is looking for one individual, with in-home sales experience to become part of our Employee-Owned Business.

Oh, also, you won't have to use your own vehicle or pay for your own gas! Job Duties: Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
Be thorough and accurate in quoting replacements.
Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
A positive attitude is required and must be able to promote a professional, and friendly work environment.
Work hard, smart, and efficiently.
Follow the outline of company policies and procedures.
Consistently sell equipment, accessories and other promotional material from the company.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE! MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN AND USE A SELLING PROCESS! Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
Drug testing, background checks and a valid driver's license are conditions of employment.
