Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies
Enhance brand awareness for business development
Uphold brand standards
Collaborate on targeted campaigns with Sales Reps
Create print and digital marketing collateral
Ensure data integrity in sales/marketing systems
Manage email marketing and website projects
Draft resources for Near North University program
Coordinate sales and marketing events
Qualifications:
Content creation expertise
Previous experience leading a team
Social media & collateral design experience
Experience in real estate (or marketing a service business such as a law firm or financial services) highly preferred
