Sales Coordinator

RADcube is seeking a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Associate at our Headquarters here in Carmel, Indiana.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with RADcube’s prospects.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert in how RADcube’s services & products will help potential public & private sector customers achieve their business objectives, understanding the benefits of leveraging proven sales processes and methodologies, and prospecting and developing sales account plans.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute strategies to source and qualify leads, advance opportunities
Develop, maintain, and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
Initiate contact with potential customers via follow-up calls and emails from researched leads, cold calls, web leads, assigned leads, and industry contacts
Build relationships with key prospect, customer influencers, and sales channel partners
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate RADcube's value proposition and how it supports the prospect’s business objectives and solves their pain points
Develop insight into and have informed opinions on business strategies and pain points of assigned accounts
Attend various conferences and events throughout the year to promote RADcube's services
Your Experience:
A strong understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance a sale
Possess the aptitude and skills to source and qualify leads and close opportunities
Ability to identify influencers (both supporters and detractors); develop and maintain trusting relationships across prospect and customer base
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience using social media platforms like LinkedIn platforms for CRM/sales purposes
General understanding of current web and cloud technologies
