Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Primary Job Function: Contact existing customers and neighbors for the purpose of scheduling service maintenance appointments, commercial service agreement appointments or sales appointments for Home Solution Advisors.
Assist Service department with customer retention To assist sales team in reporting and securing leads, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and closing sales.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in customer service, administrative or sales roles
Advanced customer service skill set
Ability to multi-task within fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills
Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skill set
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
