Stohler Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Managers throughout Indiana to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in door-to-door sales and networking, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
*Location:*
Although our office is located in Zionsville, we can install roofs throughout Indiana.
You will report to the office for training for the first three months, but after that, you will have the freedom to work in the area that suits you best.
*Responsibilities:*
* Generate leads through door-to-door sales and referral techniques
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
* Conduct on-site assessments of potential projects and provide accurate estimates
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
* Collaborate with the roofing installation team to ensure timely and efficient project completion
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
*Requirements:*
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
* Strong work ethic and self-motivation
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Familiarity with the roofing industry and related products is a plus!
