Your Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the CRM pipeline
Assist with prospective buyers (schedule meetings, draft email responses, etc.
)
Summarize key points after meetings and follow through on action items
Optimize CTO’s calendar and remove conflicts
Your personality:
You have a genuine interest in technology
You love playing calendar Tetris and you get a boost of adrenaline when you figure out how to fit in a meeting when there was previously no room for it
You are excited about managing a sales pipeline and helping move things down the funnel
You revel in crossing off todos
You love bossing people around in a nice way
