"During my internship at Firefly, I gained a comprehensive education surrounding the operations of their development and communications department.
I was able to work closely with the team by attending weekly team meetings to discuss individual projects, event planning, and fundraising goals.
I felt as though I was a vital member of the team by getting to immerse myself in the goals of the organization to help better serve the communities that we operate in.
