Role and Responsibilities The Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, data entry, helping customers with their purchases, scheduling service calls, and ensuring the best possible customer service.
Greeting every customer as they come in the door and help point them in the right direction Answer phone calls and assist customers with appointment scheduling for service calls and deliveries Entering customer data into our system and scheduling Fulfilling wish and amazon orders for customers Cleaning the retail store as needed (i.

dusting, sweeping, mopping) Organizing shelves and stocking Testing merchandise Answering customer questions Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or ged acceptable Attention to detail Customer service experience Conflict resolution Sales Negotiation skills Ability to follow directions Ability to be professional and calm Preferred Skills Spanish speaking
