WealthPoint Advisors is a financial services firm that specializes in providing personalized investment and wealth management solutions to clients.
We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to join our team, who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and supporting our team of advisors.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and in person
Manage and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and serving as the liaison between clients and advisors
Assist with account openings, transfers, transactions, and other administrative tasks
Help create and distribute client-facing communications, including newsletters and marketing materials
Continually develop knowledge of industry trends and news to better inform clients and advisors
Plan and execute special projects as needed, including client events
Obtain/maintain notary designation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software and/or portfolio management software
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills, ability to meet time deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter, takes initiative, proactive, and resourceful
Able and willing to learn new software with nominal help
Team player, collaborative, able to work closely with others
Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment; reliable and dependable
