*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to assist our team with planning, promoting, and executing successful events.
The ideal candidate is passionate about events, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for marketing trends.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow Event Marketing Assistants to ensure the seamless execution of events and drive brand awareness for our clients.
*Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant:*
* Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies during the course of each event
* Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports to evaluate the success of our marketing and fundraising efforts
* Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase client knowledge
* Collaborate with team members to ensure our clients fundraising and outreach goals are met
* Maintain event compliance and stay up to date on all standards and expectations
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
* Give promotional presentations to prospective customers with the goal of growing our clients brand awareness
*Requirements of an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant:*
* Previous experience as a brand ambassador OR experience in a marketing, sales or hospitality based role preferred
* College degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
* Someone who is looking to develop others and make an impact on the community
* Must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
* A competitive edge with the drive to earn more responsibilities
