We are actively seeking an experienced Territory Manager for our K12 Team.
This team is focused on helping students become career and college ready.
As the Territory Manager, you will be able to drive all the business in your geographic region.
You will develop key relationships with the CTE Directors and staff to ensure that students earn industry recognized credentials.
The team environment provides the perfect atmosphere to learn and develop customized solutions for our clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Territory Sales: Manage, renew and find new business for a specific geographic region.
Outbound calling and prospecting.
Provide customer solutions and presentations – on the phone and in person.
Close new sales and renewals over the phone.
Overcome objections and resolve concerns.
Attend local events and tradeshows to support territory growth.
Forecast monthly, quarterly and end of year.
Work with the Onboarding and Support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Complete assigned certifications to understand the platform and the customer experience.
Responsible for lead qualification and follow up.
Increase product footprint within existing accounts.
Position will travel 20% to 30% Required Knowledge and Experience: Must have a proven track record of making their number.
Must have impressive presentation skills.
Must be detail driven and organized.
Capable of managing multiple clients Preferred location Texas, Maryland/New Jersey, Arizona/Arkansas or Utah Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years sales experience preferred.
Sales or sales support experience in the education or learning products market a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Performance driven and results oriented Work well under heavy sales pressure Enjoys working with others Self-motivated—able to work independently to achieve Certiport and individual sales goals Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills Microsoft Office Certification preferred.
Industry Recognized credentials a plus Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: Minimum full-time salary range is between $55,000 - $120,000.
