The Role: The Brand Coordinator supports our marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
The Brand Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth implementation of projects and actively contributes to the achievement of our marketing goals.
This position is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to expand their skills in brand management and grow in the field of marketing.
The Brand Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager of External Brand.
What you’ll do: Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and brand teams to develop marketing materials such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, ensuring content aligns with the brand's messaging and guidelines.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling social media content, monitoring social channels, and engaging with the online community to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Event Support: Provide support in organizing and executing marketing events, webinars, and tradeshows, including logistics, attendee coordination, and post-event analysis.
Coordination with the Sales team, as required.
Market Research: Analyze the competitive landscape, including assessing competitor expenditure patterns, identifying their media presence, monitoring changes in branding, creative elements, and linguistic tone.
" Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, presenting findings to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
Collateral Management: Assist in the creation and distribution of external marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Email Marketing: Assist in the management and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, email creation, performance tracking, and ensuring consistent brand voice.
Coordination with Vendors: Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely delivery and quality of marketing materials and services.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing files and records.
Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1 to 3 years of marketing planning and executing campaigns, events, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging marketing content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of brand management, design, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
A positive and collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation: The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $58,106.
34 to $80,424, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
