Position: Field Sales Team Leader, Outside Sales
Full-Time Position
Sales Management and Customer Service

To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need driven, energetic, and independent individuals to join our sales leadership team.
We provide an award-winning training program to fully develop capable and proficient representatives within a short period of time.
Individuals we hire receive hands-on training on the basic construction, solar, and storm damage knowledge they need to assist clients / homeowners through the restoration process.
To clarify, this is not an office job, it is typically 99% in the field.
Our sales leaders must be able to prove proficiency in the job they are leading.
We want people who are going to care about the people they lead with energy and passion.

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer’s needs while providing the best possible solution to build lasting relationships with your homeowners.
