*JOB TITLE:* Sales Representative (INDIANAPOLIS, IN)

*SUMMARY: *_The goal of this position is to maximize sales through the promotion of our products with a regular and continuous service to the assigned sales outlets, always ensuring correct execution.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Identifying and communicating to direct manager market opportunities to increase sales.
* Visiting all points of sale assigned as part of a route.
* Generating sales in the assigned stores by:
* Knowing and having all the information to execute a sale
* Marketing our products and executing the display
* Creating and maintaining customer relationships
* Scan products that are marketed at each point of sale
* Performing an inventory survey at each point of sale to identify which products to order and keep inventory based on the store’s rotation to avoid depletion.
* Creating and maintaining a solid relationship with personnel of the points of sales.
* Negotiating with the points of sales the execution of additional exhibits, tasting events and activities that will promote our products.
* Reporting in a truthful and timely manner in the different systems of the company the required information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bilingual (Spanish - English)
* High school diploma or GED.
* 1+ years of previous merchandising, sales, or customer service experience.
Experience with a CPG company is a plus.
* Basic level of PC knowledge and experience using word-processing and email, internet, and apps in Cellular/Wireless devices.
* Excellent Customer Service and Negotiation skills.
* Must be able to work independently and within a team with limited supervision.
* Availability to travel visiting stores in Columbus, OH and Cincinnati, OH.
