Your potential is waiting; why are you? THE POSITION The Genesys Demand Generation team is looking for a seasoned B2B demand leader to drive the strategy, planning, and optimization of our prospect-focused campaigns.
Working alongside our customer-focused global campaigns team in a hub & spoke model with our regional field teams world-wide, this leader will work to establish a regular cadence of coordinated communications and marketing programs that provide ongoing engagement opportunities to our prospects, ultimately driving lead generation, lead progression, and opportunity creation.
Using a broad mix of B2B marketing tactics across the entire prospect lifecycle, this person will be responsible for defining the demand generation strategy; coordinating priorities across other marketing teams including brand, social, events, PR, AR, SDRs; planning and creating marketing campaigns in collaboration with global creative teams; and working with Genesys regional marketing teams to translate and run the campaign across the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with your immediate peers within the demand generation team to create a central strategy for prospect-focused campaigns that encompass thought leadership, industry, horizonal, product and brand go-to-market motions.
Create and deliver aspirational plans that meet the expectations appropriate for a high growth SaaS environment.
Align with other demand-focused teams to ensure that all communications from Genesys align to the central narrative, strategy, and calendar.
Align also, when appropriate, with our partner & partner marketing teams to coordinate messaging and campaigns targeting partners and indirect customers/prospects.
Prioritize global collaboration and act as a campaign center of excellence.
Creating strategies and campaigns that align to the needs of your North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM counterparts is critical for success in this role and all campaign plans should be planned and executed accordingly.
Partner with our Portfolio Marketing team to translate product messaging into compelling engagement tactics that will capture interest and initiate engagement at the top of the funnel and drive demand from initial interest to opportunity closure.
Help maintain regular, efficient and effective follow-up procedures for your team’s campaigns – identifying lead routing procedures, reviewing lead scoring effectiveness, and adherence to SLAs across Sales/SDRs.
Again, coordination with your North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM counterparts will be critical for success.
Work closely with the Customer Advocacy team to identify opportunities to use ‘Voice of the Customer’ in marketing campaigns that span both customers and prospects.
Meet regularly with our digital channel teams to optimize our SEO, SEM, display, social, email and digital demand generation programs, specifically for our customer go-to-market motions.
Optimize campaign performance with an eye to channel performance and KPIs.
Create and present integrated campaign plans to other teams and leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience driving market demand and sales pipeline programs 8+ years of tactical, digital marketing campaign planning and execution experience Deep understanding of the customer service market (contact centers, field service, customer experience, digital service, CRM, or related solutions) The ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment Demonstrated experience leading others through influence – not just through direct reporting structures Strong analytical skills and an aptitude to analyze historical data in order to shape strategy and/or estimate future campaign performance Excellent written and communication skills Strong presentation skills Highly collaborative and flexible Positive attitude and growth mindset required About the Candidate The ideal candidate is likely a revenue marketing and customer service technology rockstar who knows what it takes to be successful in the enterprise technology market.

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$131,300.
