American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc.
(AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Direct Sales and Service Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts within a territory, working directly with the F&I team, Service Departments, and Dealer Principles.
You will focus on managing dealer's variable operations sales income and AGWS production sales growth while documenting the best-in-class processes that are essential to successfully sell and service our customers.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Cross-sell AGWS products that the dealer may not currently be selling
- Train dealership finance teams in order to maximize both front and back gross opportunities
- Monitor and train dealership personnel on the nuisances and importance of the sales deal structure
- Ensure that every sales deal is worked in a timely fashion and to its total capacity
Requirements:
2+ years automotive experience (required)
Previous experience with warranty administration preferred
ADP, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Autosoft experience is a plus
Ability to travel, with hotel stays, up to 60-70%
Strong customer relationship skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
