Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Present and sell advertising solutions to clients, including print, digital, and social media platforms - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution - Provide ongoing account management to maintain strong client relationships Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising or related field - Strong negotiation and analytical skills - Business development mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Proficiency in using sales technology tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission.
