OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE Generating over $1.
5 billion in sales annually, IGT-Indiana is responsible for marketing, product development, sales, technology and operations functions on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery.

The Statewide Logistics Coordinator is responsible for completing projects for both the Sales and Events Team in the logistical execution of point-of-sale and event marketing materials including premium items and activation tools.
Sales efforts include coordinating and managing all the state’s merchandising equipment, POS deliveries, and returned ticket collection while maintaining an effective workflow regarding merchandising equipment organization, inventory, and allocation to the field.
This role also functions as a single point of contact for distributing all equipment and POS across the state.
Primary contact for management of Self-Servce machines at the Indianapolis Airport.
Events and promotions team efforts include ensuring the accuracy of event inventory and organized storage of promotional assets and equipment (e.
g.
, signage, big games, etc.
) along with maintaining a full event merchandising catalog.
Responsible for delivery, loading, and unloading event material to designated locations which may include heavy lifting.
This role requires the ability to drive the IGT truck and pull the 16 foot event trailer to and from promotional activations.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Team Logistics Maintain an accurate database of all field equipment and supplies and provide the Sales Optimization Manager with inventory reports to facilitate replenishment Coordinate the statewide allocation and distribution of equipment and POS Complete and fulfill all Sales Department equipment orders, return ticket collection, and conduct regularly scheduled supply runs utilizing an IGT cargo van to all six (6) satellite locations (Sellersburg, Evansville, Elwood, Fort Wayne, Mishawaka, and Merrillville) Weekly management of Self-Service equipment at the Indianapolis Airport.
This includes maintaining ticket inventory, reconciling machine sales, deposits, and internal data entry.
Provide support and backup to Statewide POS Coordinator with monthly LSR POS packet allocation Support major reset projects as assigned Events Team Logistics Managing Premium Item inventory Verifying shipments upon receipt Pulling inventory for orders and processing returns Maintaining up-to-date inventory counts Oversee location and organization of all event’s logistic equipment, games, supplies, and signage Tracking checkouts, returns, and repairs along with items to be placed in surplus Pulling items needed for events Truck and trailer management and transportation to our events Drive custom steel trailer (approx.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Education High School diploma or equivalent Years Experience A minimum of two (2) years of relatable work experience Skills Effectively demonstrates oral, written, and interpersonal skills Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Word and Excel Must be able to successfully complete an Intrastate DOT physical prior to starting employment.
Must be able to successfully complete a road test on each of the vehicle(s) or combinations of vehicles (i.
e.
, F250 + trailer and /or box truck) with a certifying member of management within the first 30 days of employment.

The estimated starting compensation range is $33,200 - $97,500.
The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.

Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
