We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base.
This is a strategic role that requires strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and meet sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Utilize CRM software (e.
g.
, Salesforce) to track leads, manage pipeline, and report on sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery
Qualifications:
- MUST have HEALTHCARE/HOMECARE marketing experience
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.
g.
, Salesforce) for lead management and reporting
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
