*Job Description*
Working with SPG as an exterior professional, your job is to inspect, estimate and provide solutions based on best practices for our client's personal home and/or business needs.
Headquartered in Whiteland IN, we specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows doors and paint for both residential and commercial applications.
Utilizing innovative technology for inspections, measurements, design, and communication, we are striving to change our local industry by being a leader in how we approach our clients.

Working with SPG allows you to explore the wide industry of exterior sales and expand your knowledge into construction both new construction and remodel/restoration.
This is a great position for service-minded individuals, with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel.
No direct exterior sales/knowledge is required, training is provided.
Sales or service background is recommended.
*Job Duties and Responsibilities: *
* Create new and cultivate existing relationships to gain increased market share
* Conduct on-site, exterior, home, or commercial real estate inspections by means of traditional in-person appointments, drone technology and inspection software
* Give an accurate assessment of the property’s condition, providing a detailed written estimate and clear documentation from the inspection.
* Make recommendations to clients based on best practices for repairs or replacements of exterior products.
* Manage and expand your sales funnel and job pipeline with our in-house CRM to organize and maintain leads and customers through to job completion.
* Strong Communication between clients and company support to insure successful projects
* Develop lasting relationships through high integrity service-oriented sales approach.

*Competencies and Experience*
* Sales Experience: benefits the applicant but is not required
* Roofing and or construction sales/service: benefits the applicant but is not required
* Customer Service: 2 years preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self Sufficient; must be able to work in an independent environment
* Strong work ethic not managed by traditional hours
* Team player willing to support organizational goals and help others around you is necessary
* Computer skills and knowledge of cell phone technology required
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must be able to climb roofs and not be afraid of heights
