As a Catering Sales Coordinator, you'll be the face of HotBox Pizza, responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with the community.
Your role will involve leveraging your hospitality background to understand customers' needs, curate catering solutions, and ensure seamless execution of orders.
Responsibilities:
*Sales & Relationship Building:* Engage with new and existing guests to promote catering services, build rapport, and generate sales.
Your experience in hospitality will be invaluable in understanding and meeting guest's expectations.
*Customized Solutions:* Work closely with guests to create personalized catering packages that align with their preferences, budget, and event requirements.

*Customer Satisfaction:* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and following up post-order to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications:*
*Hospitality Experience:* Transitioning from the hospitality industry, you'll bring valuable expertise in customer service, event planning, or catering operations.
*Sales:* Demonstrated ability to drive sales, nurture client relationships, and meet or exceed targets.
*Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
