Responsibilities:
Answer all inquiries from prospective buyers via telephone, email, or text with the utmost level of customer service
Guide potential buyers in drafting and executing offers in a timely and seamless fashion
Assist customers in refining their list of desired property characteristics and identifying additional homes to view
Schedule appointments with buyer customers, listing agents, and home sellers promptly
Attend onsite visits with clients and vendors to ensure a successful process
Qualifications:
Must have a valid real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in time management and organization
Flexible availability to accommodate varying work schedules
Comfortable and skilled in using technology effectively
Professional and well-groomed appearance
