Job Summary:
Kinetic Advantage’s Sales Development program (FAST- Finance in Automotive Success Track) is a 6–12-month rotational program designed for recent graduates.
This is an entry level outside sales position with endless potential for growth.
Our program puts you on the fast track to become a Dealer Relationship Manager working directly with our independent dealers.
The program is custom designed to learn several areas of the business: Customer Service, Lending, Titles/Records, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Audit, and Risk.
You will also be working with a mentor in market for hands-on experience.
The cross-departmental knowledge and relationships will make you invaluable to our customers in market.
This program will be based out of our corporate office in Carmel, IN and once completed you will be assigned to a specific market location- Must be willing to relocate.
Potential market opportunities may include the following areas: Milwaukee WI, Newark NJ, Atlanta, LA, San Antonio, Denver, Tampa, Houston, Chicago and more.
Requirements:
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Actively participate in learning activities
· Participate in selling scenarios
· Shadow department mentors and execute job responsibilities in those areas
· Communicate with and support customer’s needs in market and through inside sales
· Learn and execute Kinetic sales process
· Grow Kinetics’ dealer base through active sales engagements
· Develop personal leadership and technical skills to prepare for independent market based roles
· Learn and develop critical conversations and negotiation skills
· Learn to identify customer data trends to drive revenue growth and mitigate loss
· Complete short term work assignments in market and at corporate office
· All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Sales or business internship experience preferred
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate strong customer relationships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Geographically mobile- candidate must be willing and able to relocate after the completion of the rotational program
• Must have a valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment
• Ability to ride in cars during market visits for extended periods
• Must be able to move objects up to 25 pounds
• Required to be able to travel for extended periods of time (greater than 4 hours)
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will, at times, be subject to outside environmental conditions
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
