*JOB: Performance Audio Sales Lead*
*Position overview: *US Sales/Business Development Lead for a high-performance consumer audio electronics company.
A US-based global manufacturer is searching for an experienced, hard-hitting and results-driven Salesperson to lead efforts in identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the luxury residential and commercial audio electronics industry in the US.
Beyond growing the core business, there are multiple high growth opportunities in the US that require an ambitious leader in sales to capture.
There is massive growth potential for the company and high expectations for revenue growth from this individual’s efforts.
This opportunity requires the ability to create, build, and maintain good relationships with residential electronics systems integrators/dealers, end users, and sales staff through face-to-face, telephone, email, and other communications methods.
This is not a marketing job.
Performance success will be tied directly to sales revenue.
Travel will be required when appropriate but not more than 20% of the time in an average month.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to drive sales to goal, respond quickly to customer requests, clearly communicate solutions, and manage customer needs with high levels of enthusiasm and charm.
This person will be responsible for immediately developing and executing a strategic plan to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential new business opportunities.
This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and assessing customer needs that align with our brand and values.
Once developed, the person will personally execute these strategies to drive US sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Experience in the AV market is preferred and current residence in Indiana, USA is required.
Headquarters are in Indianapolis.
This position reports directly to the CEO.
This is a full-time (40+ hrs/week) position with benefits.
Initial compensation is 100% commission initially, with base salary available once certain performance milestones are met.

*Qualifications: *Suitable candidates will have the following qualifications:
* Associate's degree or higher in electronics and/or software technology
* Experience with technical customer support in IT or consumer electronics
* Experience with customer relationship management and CRM systems
* High organization skills required with strong follow-through habits
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Attitude is critical to success; must be self-starter, have a positive attitude, resourceful and highly dependable with an enthusiastic mindset
* Microsoft Office and G Suite experience necessary
* Ability to travel domestically as needed
* US citizen
*Responsibilities:*
* Work closely with the CEO to define and implement development strategies that will support overall business objectives
* Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve short-term, long-term, sustained, significant, and measurable business growth
* Lead sales activities including actively selling our products and routinely visiting accounts
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the luxury home/commercial entertainment space
* Develop and maintain relationships with current manufacturer reps and dealers
* Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion
* Analyze market trends, competition and customer needs to inform product development and business strategy
* Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building relationships with key influencers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.
