**Overview: **
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Therapy Regional Business Development Specialist.
This role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with SNFs to promote our therapy services, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional patient care.
**Responsibilities: **

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our therapy services within SNFs.
2.
Identify and prioritize potential SNF partners based on market trends, demographics, and business objectives.
3.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including administrators, directors of nursing, and rehabilitation managers.
4.
Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff and management, to tailor therapy solutions to meet the unique needs of each SNF partner.
5.
Conduct presentations and educational sessions to highlight the benefits of our therapy programs and services.
6.
Analyze market data and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
7.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with SNFs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
8.
Provide ongoing support and consultation to SNF partners to optimize therapy program effectiveness and patient outcomes.
9.
Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as referral volume, revenue growth, and patient satisfaction, to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
10.
Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to SNF therapy services.
**Qualifications: **
1.
Bachelor"s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (Master"s degree preferred).
2.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, within the healthcare or rehabilitation industry.
3.
Strong understanding of SNF operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance.
4.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
5.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
8.
Willingness to travel as needed.
