The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for TransparentRx’s sales organization.
A high degree of technical knowledge is not required for this position.

*Your first 3-6 months*
* Learn the TransparentRx products and messaging
* Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, scripts, and product info
* Build relationships with your Sales Support counterparts
* Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and business
* Consistently meet appointment and sales targets
*6 – 12 months*
* Continue to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge
* Know what it takes to exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so
* Begin to expand your knowledge of PBM sales duties and responsibilities
* Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion

*Responsibilities*
* Generate, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
* Turn cold and warm leads into qualified prospects
* Create and strategically prioritize target account lists
* Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts
* Conduct lead follow-up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries
* Act as the subject matter expert on a wide range of services
* Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously
* Track all activity in a CRM
* Work closely with internal teams to develop lead gen programs
* Report KPIs to leadership including meetings scheduled, meetings held etc.

* Bachelor's or master's degree a plus
* Provide and schedule calls with a minimum of three references (corporate phone lines only)
* Confidence in your ability to deliver $250k+ worth of value annually and are motivated by the thrill of commission-based earnings rather than a fixed salary
