At Elite Pro Painting, our Sales Development Representatives are the first step in our customers’ experience, and help generate new business through Door to Door canvassing efforts.
As a Sales Development Representative you are responsible for training and shadowing with your team to help them deliver exceptional customer service and hit set sales targets.
You will also be responsible for your own personal Target.
*Duties and responsibilities:*
* Engage with prospective clients face-to-face at their homes through knocking on doors
* Ability to be on your feet and moving for extended periods of time
* Receive training and stay up to date on the operations of the SDR team
* Train and shadow with your team to insure they using best practices, and achieving targets.
* Develop a solid understanding of exterior home structures and confidently communicate this to prospective clients.
* Gain a deep understanding of Elite Pro’s products, services, and what differentiates our company from others
* Efficiently manage assigned territory and track all interactions with prospective clients
* Enter leads and appointments made every day to earn bonuses, incentives, and recognition
* Work with other departments for large-scale company sales events throughout the year
* Create and deliver ongoing sales training on a weekly basis in groups or 1:1 with Coworkers /employees.
