*Inside Sales Manager*
The Inside Sales Manager supports the Sales Team including Sales Representatives, Current and New Customers and other internal departments.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and utilize this knowledge to support sales and drive revenue.
* Supports new product roll-outs and old/new model transitions.
* Completion of annual price sheets, submission for approval by senior mgmt.
* Assigns annual price sheets to customers based on contribution margin levels, submits to senior mgmt.
for approval and communicates with customers/reps.
* Gathering of customer forecasts and working with Inventory Analyst to develop inventory plans.
* Ensures all information on product/specs/quality testing, etc.
is completed and uploaded into the customers’ portals, spreadsheets, etc.
in a timely manner.
* Serves as an internal point of contact for customers inquiries and works with internal team to come to provide a quick resolution.
* Lead/Support Company Trade Shows: Customer Expos, Samples and National Hardware Show Activities from start to finish.
* Assist with research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition via timely completion of competitive shops.
* Contribute across the organization (operations – shipping, tradeshow prep, customer service – email and phone inquiries) during peak seasonal periods.
* As with any successful company there is need for continuous improvements in processes and methods of doing business.
This position must be able to be a key contributor in process evolution and standardization in areas where processes/standards exist and where they are new or needed also.
*SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:*
The right person for this position must be proficient with all Microsoft office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
The candidate will also have a firm understanding of retail math: margins, profit/loss, percentage increase/decrease, discounts, etc.

Experience with Company Based Operating Systems, E-commerce and Supplier Portals.
Able to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
*Preferred Prior Experienc*e: Includes Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Customer Service, Project Mgmt.

Pay: $50,000.
