Responsibilities:
Document all activity and maintain an accurate forecast in Salesforce.
com to represent activities.
Grow and develop relationships with the Esprit sales force and their customer base to drive expansion and services.
Establish and leverage machine tool partnerships, with the goal of selling software alongside new machine sales.
Provide best in class customer service, by working closely with the extended team, which includes keeping notes of all customer interactions in salesforce.
com to keep everyone in communication by leveraging systems (Salesforce, FreshDesk, Zoom, Google Drive, etc).
Conduct health check meetings with your territory customers to ensure end users and decision makers are aware of all PMT & software offers
Working closely with the technical team to prepare for events and customer demonstrations.
Assist PMT with sales and marketing planning and execution, including events
Learn Esprit software solutions in terms of the key selling features and benefits for the customer base.
Learn the best prospecting approaches and be prepared to lead discoveries with the technical team, including presentations to customers to win customer preference.
Primary focus in Esprit 20XX, EDGE, NCSIMUL and SolidWorks, including additional products added to the PMT Portfolio.
Assess and deliver recommendations to improve PMT processes, procedures and infrastructure
As new technology, processes, and solutions are brought to the team, you are expected to embrace change and help guide the company to the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2-5+ in B2B Sales Required Years Software sales preferred
2-5+ Years in Manufacturing Sales or Experience preferred
Proven track record of high level customer service.
Understanding use of CRM systems for proposals / quoting, order management, and customer engagements.
Strong communication skills both in person and virtual environments
Ability to work and function well in a cross-team environment.

Salary for this role is $65,000-75,000 (OTE expected to be $125,000+)
