POSITION SUMMARY: This role facilitates and champions the Solution Delivery best practices by coaching and mentoring development teams, identifying and eliminating impediments, promoting the use of standards and best practices while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely technical solutions.
The Delivery Manager will collaborate with other roles such as business partners, product owners, software engineers, quality assurance engineers, and support personnel.
This is a hybrid position working in our Westfield, IN office and from home.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Organize and facilitate agile development team activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and product backlog refinement sessions.
Ensure that all meetings are positive, productive, on topic, and kept within the timebox.
Collaborate with various roles (i.
e.
Product Owner (PO), Business Partner, etc.
) to ensure backlog is up to date for each planning session.
Effectively facilitate requirement (user story) estimation, forecasting, and planning with the result being a predictable release schedule.
Work with team to ensure IT and corporate standards, best practices, and tools are being used to minimize operational and reputational risk.

) Proactively identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
Work closely with POs, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Solution Architects, and IT Business Relationship Partners to ensure transparency into delivery progress, challenges, and risks.
Utilize team feedback and metrics (e.
g.
, quality, burnup, burndown, delivery cadence, etc.
) to identify areas of opportunity and work with team to continuously improve.
Coach the team to improve its collaboration and self-management ability; promote healthy interactions within the team and with external stakeholders.
Represent the team at broader planning, coordination, and status sessions.
Recommend and experiment with new practices, frameworks, and processes to improve delivery outcomes.
Actively participate in learning opportunities such as communities of practice or conferences to improve skills and better support the team.
Facilitate the practice of and contribute to the advancement and improvement of Solution Delivery practices within the organization.
Responsible for projecting a positive image AgReliant Genetics and acting in accordance with the Company’s Core Values Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required 2-3 years of scrum master experience 4-6 years of project management experience; projects > $1M Agile, scrum, or project management certification preferred (e.
g.
CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe) Background in agriculture preferred KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Demonstrates understanding of business processes and ability to communicate complex systems effectively at all levels of stakeholders to drive strategic solutions Lead continuous improvement data collection and implementation of projects and activities to increase efficiency and productivity Ability to prioritize tasks in an organized and time-efficient way to meet deadlines Ability to create effective and efficient communication around complex systems for all audiences; establishes clear objectives and timelines for work; good listener Ability to coordinate and complete projects on time and within budget/scope Demonstrates the ability to balance the needs of the organization and the needs of our customers Excellent leadership and relationship/team-building skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually Drives results under ambiguous circumstances Deep knowledge of solution delivery practices, frameworks, and techniques Excellent people and project management skills Experience with planning and development tools (e.

JIRA or Azure DevOps) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Ability to travel up to 10% Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements
